Training at Self Made allows me to give you the full benefits to optimize your progress with in-house resources. You have the option to be set up with consultations for hormone therapy, nutrition sensitivity tests, comprehensive nutrition panels, and more. Blood work can help us pinpoint your potential needs - hormone replacement therapy, what foods your body may be reacting negatively to, and what foods you need to help scale your weight loss, energy levels, and alleviate symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, and GI issues. This is something I highly recommend for all new clients so that we can have a full-picture of what you need for your goals.

We can work with JJ, the in-house, skilled massage therapist, to alleviate pain, work with injuries, and recommend preventive care to improve your performance in the gym, comfort for everyday living, and to enhance your recovery. 

As your coach, I’ll help you track your progress effectively with an in-body scan. Offering a detailed breakdown of your weight, distinguishing water, muscle, fat, and other tissues, this tool offers accurate progress tracking and provides an overview of your overall health.

Online clients get weekly check-ins to keep you accountable, assess your needs, ask questions, send form videos, and check-in on your overall well being. Our client-coach relationship is important to make sure you are getting all that you need from me, including support and tough love.
